Argumento

En la sede de la policía de Los Ángeles, tres agentes se ven envueltos en una intriga criminal que saca a la luz los trapos sucios del departamento. Para recuperar el prestigio de que gozaba este cuerpo de seguridad, los tres mejores agentes del mismo se hacen cargo de la investigación del caso.

Comentarios

Película basada en la novela del mismo nombre de James Ellroy. Ganó dos Oscar, a la mejor actriz de reparto (Kim Basinger) y al mejor guión adaptado, y obtuvo otras siete candidaturas, a la mejor película, al mejor director, a la mejor dirección artística, a la mejor fotografía, a la mejor música, al mejor montaje y al mejor sonido.
