«19th Nervous Breakdown» es una canción del grupo de rock The Rolling Stones. Se dice que la canción fue dedicada a Chrissie Shrimpton, novia de Mick Jagger por esos años.[1]

La canción fue escrita por Mick Jagger y Keith Richards durante una gira por Norteamérica en 1965. La canción fue grabada durante las sesiones de grabación del álbum Aftermath, entre el 3 y 8 de diciembre de 1965, en el RCA Recording Studios de Hollywood, California. El hipnótico riff que interpreta Brian Jones está inspirado en la canción de Bo Diddley «Diddley Daddy».[2] [3] También es muy conocida la característica línea final del bajo de Bill Wyman.

En 1966 se publicó como sencillo alcanzando el lugar #2 en el Billboard Hot 100 y el #1 en el UK Record Retailer chart. Ese mismo año fue parte de la presentación de los Stones en el programa de televisión The Ed Sullivan Show, siendo este el debut de la televisión en color en Norteamérica.
