Margaret Baring (14 de diciembre de 18684 de julio de 1906), fue hija de Eduardo Baring, 1er. Barón Revelstoke (1828–1897) y de Louisa Emily Charlotte Bulteel.

Se casó con El Honorable Carlos Spencer, hijo de Federico Spencer, 4to Conde Spencer, el 23 de julio de 1885 en la Iglesia de St James, Picadilly
