Maria Clara Rafols Lorenzo Lobregat (1921-2004) era político filipina de la ciudad de Zamboanga, en donde ella sirvió como su primer alcalde mujer y también representante al Congreso Filipino. María Clara o "Calíng" nació en 26 de abril de 1921 en la ciudad de Zamboanga como la segunda niña de los cinco niños de Pablo Lorenzo alcalde también de la ciudad de Zamboanga, un representante a la primera asamblea filipina.
