Paul Brill o Bril (Amberes o Breda, 1554Roma, 1626) fue un pintor flamenco. Residió la mayor parte de su vida en Roma, donde se estableció en 1575. Pintor paisajista, acusó la influencia de Adam Elsheimer y Annibale Carracci, aglutinando el estilo fantasioso del manierismo flamenco del siglo XVI con el paisaje clásico italiano del XVII. Realizó vistas de Roma para el comercio turístico, y destacó especialmente en el género de las marinas, ejerciendo una notable influencia sobre Agostino Tassi y su discípulo Claudio de Lorena. Su hermano Mattheus Brill (15501583) también fue pintor afincado en Roma, siendo a veces difícil distinguir la obra de ambos.
