Misery Business (Negocio de miseria) es el primer sencillo del segundo álbum de estudio de la banda Paramore, Riot!. La canción fue estrenada el 18 de junio en Internet. Fue escrita por Hayley Williams y Josh Farro, integrantes de la banda. Fue producida por David Bendeth.

La canción tuvo gran éxito, en MTV Latinoamérica, en el conteo Los 10+ Pedidos (MTV Norte), la canción estuvo 41 días, de los cuales 5 estuvo en el primer lugar.

Además Misery Business, ha sido confirmada como una de las canciones del nuevo videojuego de Activision "Guitar Hero World Tour", séptima entrega de la popular saga musical; juego que también contará con la presencia de la vocalista del grupo.

El video de la canción fue dirigido por Shane Drake.La protagonista del video es una chica mala, vestida con un traje azul y pelo negro, que va haciendo maldades a su paso. Al principio del video se puede apreciar que esta chica mala empuja a unas porristas, vocalista de la banda es la heroína de la historia.Es ella quien ridiculiza a la malvada chica y la deja llorando También vemos a la banda tocar la canción en una habitación llena de la palabra RIOT! (¡DISTURBIOS!), describiendo así lo que paso.
