Neil Buchanan (nacido el 11 de octubre de 1961 en Aintree, Liverpool[1] ) es un actor inglés conocido por su trabajo en televisión en el programa Art Attack, un programa para niños, desde 1989. Su papel en la edición española del programa, en la cual se le conoce por el sobrenombre de "el manitas", se limita a grandes manualidades de exteriores. Tiene dos hijos, una hija llamada Molly y un hijo llamado Freddie.Tambien hay rumores de que tiene una banda de metal
