Antoine Simon


Antoine Simon (nacido en 1736 en Troyes, Francia – muerto en 1794). Fue un zapatero en la Rue des Cordeliers en París. Miembro del Club de los Cordeliers, representante de la Comuna de París, fue designado para cuidar a Luis XVII en el Temple. Sin embargo, torturó cruelmente y abusó física y mentalmente de Luis XVII. Entre otras cosas, forzó a Luis a blasfemar a sus padres, a beber alcohol y a tener sexo con prostitutas. Antoine fue después destituido de su puesto y ejecutado en la guillotina el 28 de julio de 1794, durante el "Terror blanco".
