El Pay Pay (o Pay-Pay) es un mítico local de la ciudad española de Cádiz. En los años 40 era conocido como Sala de Fiestas Pay Pay.

Antiguo cabaret ubicado en El Pópulo, el barrio más antiguo de la ciudad, actualmente es un café-teatro que convoca todos los años una oferta de actuaciones y espectáculos que lo convierte en un claro referente de la cultura de la capital gaditana.

Ha inspirado a varias agrupaciones del carnaval de Cádiz, fue el escenario de la película Besos para todos, del director Jaime Chávarri, y se hace alusión al mismo en el título de un disco de la cantante andaluza Pasión Vega (La reina del Pay Pay).
