Percival Ulysses "Perry" Cox, M.D. (conocido generalmente como Dr. Cox) es un personaje fictico interpretado por el actor John C. McGinley en la comedia americana Scrubs.

Dr. Cox aparece en casi todos los episodios de la serie, excepto en tres de la octava temporada, siendo estos, "My Last Words", "My Comedy Show" y "My Full Moon" (Mis últimas palabras, Mi show de comedia y Mi luna llena respectivamente).

John C. McGinley is el único miembro del electo original, además de Donald Faison (Dr. Turk), que regresarán para la novena temporada como miembro regular del elenco.
