Phaedon Dimitriou Gizikis (Φαίδων Γκιζίκης) (Volos, 13 de junio de 1917 - Atenas, 27 de julio de 1999) oficial del ejército griego y Presidente de Grecia entre 1973 y 1974.

Nacido en 1917, Phaedon Gizikis fue un militar de carrera. En 1967 apoyó el golpe de estado de Georgios Papadopoulos y recibió varios cargos militares duranté la dictadura que él apoyo.

Le dieron el título figurativo, pero de poca relevancia política de Presidente de la República el 25 de noviembre de 1973 luego de que Papadopoulos fuera expulsado por Dimitrios Ioannides como jefe del régimen, en el marco de luchas internas.

Luego de la caída de la dictadura de 1974, se mantuvo en su puesto por cuatro meses más, durante la transición llamada Metapolitefsi, hasta que la nueva Constitución fue promulgada. Fue reemplazado por Michail Stasinopulos.

Luego de su caída, entró en un aislamiento, muriendo ciego y empobrecido en 1999.
