Physical Attraction (en español Atracción Física) es una canción de la cantante pop estadounidense Madonna escrita y producida por Reggie Lucas para el álbum debut de Madonna llamado también Madonna (1983). También fue incluida en el álbum de canciones remix You Can Dance.

"Physical Attraction" es la primera canción que el compositor Reggie Lucas escribió para el álbum debut de Madonna llamado también Madonna. Reggie se basó en la propia imagen que Madonna pretendía mostrar en sus primeros años de carrera: provocadora y sexual. La letra es muy explícita desde el principio: «Tú dices que necesitas mi amor, pero deseas mi cuerpo; no me importa. Lo único que tengo es tiempo, y quiero poseerte».

Es una de las canciones más bailables y destacadas del álbum, con sonidos, instrumentos y sintetizadores que identifican fácilmente el estilo de la música dance de los años 80. "Physical Attraction" fue uno de los posibles sencillos del primer álbum de Madonna; sin embargo tan solo se quedó como lado B del sencillo "Burning Up", si bien terminó utilizándose en una película de la época.

En 1987 la canción fue seleccionada para aparecer en el álbum de canciones remix You Can Dance.

Madonna presentó en vivo "Physical Attraction" en dos discotecas de la ciudad de Nueva York, Estados Unidos en su primer año de carrera: Uncle Sams y la famosa Roxy Night Club.
