Play es una estación de radio ubicada en el 100.9 MHz del dial FM y Cb 660 kHz del dial AM en Santiago de Chile, frecuencia anteriormente ocupada por la desaparecida Radio Chilena. La concesión de la frecuencia radial pertenece al Arzobispado de Santiago, quién traspasó la operación y explotación de ésta a la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile -a través del holding Empresas UC- a mediados de 2005.

Inició sus transmisiones el día 27 de febrero de 2006 en marcha blanca. Desde el 1 de marzo de 2006, intenta establecerse como uno de los nuevos proyectos mediáticos de Canal 13

Hasta el momento, cuenta con aproximadamente 6 temas de interés:

  • Actualidad Nacional e Internacional
  • Espacio para las efemérides
  • Medio ambiente
  • Tendencias y sociedad
  • Familia
  • Ocio y tiempo libre.

La emisora está dirigida al género femenino contemporáneo entre 25 y 44 años de edad, perteneciente al estrato social ABC1 y C2. Según su administrador, Gabriel Polgatti, se quiso buscar una alternativa comercial que no provocara pérdidas y que se atreviera a dejar de lado artistas saturados como Luis Miguel y Julio Iglesias, con la intención de programar música de estilo Rock y Pop anglo de los '80s, '90s y '00s.
