Pool es una de las 10 regiones en las que se divide la República del Congo. Está rodeada por la regiones de Bouenza, Lékoumou, y Plateaux y hace frontera internacional con la República democrática del Congo. La capital regional es Kinkala.

Esta región recibe su nombre por encontrarse en la misma el afluente del río Congo Pool Malebo (antiguamente conocido como Stanley Pool)

Pool se divide en 6 distritos:

  • Boko
  • Kindamba
  • Kinkala
  • Mayama
  • Mindouli
  • Ngabe
