Estandarte de los 'Dąbrowszczacy'. En la esquina superior derecha se puede leer el lema de la brigada en español - «Por vuestra libertad y la nuestra».

En 1956 el gobierno de la República Popular de Polonia estableció un galardón «Za wolność waszą i naszą» para los miembros de la Brigada Polaca de España ('Dąbrowszczacy'), parte constituyente de las Brigadas Internacionales que apoyaron a las unidades militares del banco republicano en la Guerra Civil Española. El lema de los Dąbrowszczacy era precisamente «Za wolność waszą i naszą», «por vuestra libertad y la nuestra».
