Queer Fist, su nombre en español sería Puño Queer, es un grupo LGBT radical de inspiración anarquista de la ciudad de Nueva York que comenzó como una red social ad hoc (adhocracia) a partir de la manifestaciones contra la Convención Nacional Republicana en el 2004.

Queer Fist tiene asambleas mensuales en la City University de Nueva York. Son conocidos por ser responsables de las protestas contra las organizaciones por los derechos gays de corte reformista y asimilacionista al sistema como la Log Cabin Republicans y la Human Rights Campaign. El grupo hizo su última reunión en 2006.
