Randall W. (Randy) Breuer (nacido el 11 de octubre de 1960 en Lake City, Minnesota) es un ex jugador americano de baloncesto profesional de la NBA que fue seleccionado por Milwaukee Bucks en la posición 18 de la 1ª Ronda del Draft de 1983. Pívot, procedente de la Universidad de Minnesota, jugó 11 temporadas en la NBA desde 1983 hasta 1994. Jugó en los Bucks, Minnesota Timberwolves, Atlanta Hawks y Sacramento Kings.

Su mejor temporada fue en los Bucks en la 1987-88, promediando 12.0 puntos por partido en 81 partidos. A lo largo de su carrera disputó 681 partidos, anotando 4.599 puntos.
