Assur-shaduni, rey asirio (1473 a. C.) del llamado Imperio Antiguo.

Hijo y sucesor de Nur-ili. Reinó únicamente un mes, siendo destronado por su tío Assur-rabi I. No conocemos ningún hecho de su reinado.
