Cynthia Alexander es una cantante y compositora filipina. Muy bien conocida y respetada por sus habilidades en las instrumentaciones y su música versátil y variada.

Ella vino de un herencia de artistas, es hermana del cantante Joey Ayala, otro artísta conocido en las Filipinas. Con excepción de música, Cynthia también ha trabajado en el arte de la pintura.
