Disney Planet es una serie corta de Disney Channel que se transmite en Disney Channel Latinoamérica. En Disney Planet normalmente se transmiten noticias y avances sobre futuros lanzamientos de DVD de Disney, avances de nuevas series y lanzamiento de videojuegos relacionados con series o películas de Disney. Ocasionalmente también transmiten entrevistas. Se filma en distintos sitios, normalmente relacionados con la noticia que van a dar. El programa es conducido por Santiago Stieben o/y Paulina Holguín. Es parecido al Disney's Really Short Report que se transmite en Disney Channel.
