Phlegethontia es un género extinto representado por una única especie de lepospóndilo que vivió a finales del período Carbonífero en lo que hoy es la República Checa.[1] El género fue nombrado por Huxley & Wright (1867), siendo asignado al grupo Phlegethontiidae por Carroll (1988).[2]
