Druzhkivka (en ucraniano: Дружківка, en ruso: Дружковка, translit.: Druzhkovka) es una ciudad en el Donetsk Oblast de Ucrania. Su población es aproximadamente 64.557 (2001) habitantes, y tiene un área de 46 km².

Druzhkivka esta localizada cerca de la unión entre el río Kryvoi Torets y el Kazennyi Torets, y aproximadamente 180 km del oblast capital, Donetsk.
