Flatley es un personaje del videojuego Final Fantasy IX, rubio, que usa una lanza o arma enastada, del cual esta enamorado Freyja. Flatley partió de Burmecia cinco años atrás con el fin de encontrar poderosos guerreros como Beatrix contra los que luchar, para así prepararse para defender Burmecia, la tierra natal de Freija. Este aparecerá sin memoria, pero guiado por su espiritu dragontino tras esos 5 años para ayudar a Freija.
