Omar Ceferino Groh (n. 27 de septiembre de 1967 en la ciudad portuaria de Bahia Blanca, provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina). Es jugador de balonmano y actualmente juega en el flamente Club Deportivo San Francisco de Bahía Blanca.

Su primer club fue Bahiense del Norte en 1995 pero luego de varias lesiones decidió retirarse. En el año 2009 vuelve a las canchas tras el ofrecimiento del Club Deportivo San Francisco, pero tras aceptar su vuelta se lesiona nuevamente y aún no puedo disputar ningun cotejo.
