El PWG Championship o PWG World Championship es un campeonato creado por Pro Wrestling Guerrilla. El campeonato debutó el 30 de agosto del 2003, en PWG's Bad Ass Mother 3000 – Stage 2, un PPV de la compañía. Originalmente llamado PWG Championship, el título fue renombrado como PWG World Championship en febrero de 2006 porque dos defensas del mismo fueron fuera de los EEUU. Ese mes el campeón Joey Ryan defendió el campeonato en Essen (Alemania) y en Orpington (Inglaterra). El campeón inaugural es Frankie Kazarian, tras ganar un torneo entre 16 hombres en el PPV PWG's Bad Ass Mother 3000. Frankie Kazarian y Human Tornado son los que tienen el mayor número de reinados con 2. Chris Hero tiene el reinado más largo con 425 días al frente del PWG World Championship.
