Churchkhela (también Cevizli sucuk), soutzoukos (griego: σουτζούκος), soutzouki (griego: σουτζούκι) o Rojik (Armenio),[1] son dulces tradicionales en forma de salchicha procedentes del Cáucaso. Es popular en Georgia, Rusia, Chipre, Grecia y Turquía.[2] En Turquía se le llama pestil Cevizli sucuk, literalmente, nuez sucuk debido a su forma de salchicha.[3]

Los ingredientes principales son la uva mosto, las nueces, la harina, almendras, nueces, avellanas y, a veces las pasas de uva son ensartadas en una cuerda, es sumergido en espeso jugo de uva y jugos de fruta seca y con la forma de una salchicha.[4] [5] [6] [1]
